Sixty-five-year-old Carol Nduta, affectionately known as “The Running Shosh,” has captured the hearts of social media users with her remarkable dedication to fitness. Each morning, she hits the pavement, covering an impressive 25 kilometers to keep her body healthy and fit.

Carol, adorned in her signature black sports costume and lightweight jacket, can often be spotted along the Southern Bypass, embodying the epitome of resilience and determination. Her commitment to her daily routine has earned her widespread admiration and respect.
