She is a Kenyan businesswoman, accountant, and corporate executive who serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Trust Bank Group. Nasim is one of five women who hold such positions in Kenya commercial banks. The bank provided hot meals for health workers in 2020 as a commitment to society during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

She started her career at Diamond Trust Bank Group as the Regional Financial Controller. Years later, she was promoted to the position of Group Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer. She concurrently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Kenyan Subsidiary Diamond Trust Bank (Kenya) Limited.
