The media personality is the Founder of Africa’s Leading Ladies Facebook Group, a social platform Chebet uses to coach and mentor over 300,000 women across Africa. The entrepreneur is also the Founder of Keyara Botanicals, one of Kenya’s leading home-grown skincare brands. She founded Under Scarlet Digital, a digital consultancy firm. Previously, she worked at Metropol TV as the General Manager.

 The former Citizen news anchor, digital content creator & influencer was appointed patron for Pan African Business Women’s Association in South Africa. PABWA seeks to enable African women in business to optimize opportunities within the Continental Free Trade Agreement.

 Despite losing her job in 2016, Chebet was previously quoted saying, “I wouldn’t be where I am today. In retrospect, it was necessary even though I was in so much pain.”

 Her recovery story and career turnaround are an inspiration to many women and young girls.
